Amy Mygatt Hogan spent many years watching and listening to her father, Leonard Mygatt, The Iron Artisan, create beautiful items from wood and metal. With a desire to spend more time with him, Amy asked her father to teach her his trade. After several years of working together, they realized they were making items that could be quite useful to others. They both value the creative process and making items that will last while also being aesthetically pleasing. With these philosophies in mind, Amy and Leonard custom make each piece of work ensuring the end product will be satisfying.
